Open Positions:

Fine Dining Server - We are currently seeking a polished and dedicated server to join our front-of-house team. Who You Are: You’re not just looking for a job, but for a long-term career to grow in the fine dining industry. You have a great memory (recalling details with ease), are a fast learner, and genuinely enjoy the energy of being in a fast-paced environment. You are commended for your patience, excellent presentation skills, communication, and ability to intuitively anticipate guest needs. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and communicate food preparation, ingredients, and cooking techniques with fluency - Possess basic wine knowledge - Can memorize and retain details of dishes and drinks to confidently assist guests with questions - Can manage time effectively to handle multiple tables without compromising service - Puts safety first, always looks out for food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other necessary accommodations for guests - Maintain impeccable grooming standards, uphold personal cleanliness, and remain composed under pressure - Exude a positive, guest-first attitude and can work well in a team setting - Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy trays, and carry dishes Apply if you have: - A passion for hospitality and are serious about building a career in this field - Willingness to complete a 3–6 week training program (duration based on individual readiness) - A hunger to grow and learn in your role - Bilingual candidates are a plus - Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred - Strong problem-solving skills and can think on your feet in high-pressure situations Please be aware that we do not allow visible tattoos or facial hair per grooming standards.

Host - As our guests’ first point of contact, this individual will set the tone for an exquisite dining experience. Who You Are: You're personable, outgoing, resourceful, and able to handle large groups in a busy atmosphere. You possess strong leadership, have grace under pressure, and pride yourself on your impeccable attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain accurate reservation logs using booking systems such as OpenTable - Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waitlists to optimize table turnover without compromising service quality. - Escort guests to tables and present menus with finesse. - Provide feedback to management regarding guest trends, staff performance, and opportunities for improvement - Possess excellent communication skills to keep guests and staff up to date - Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. Sous Chef - This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing daily culinary operations and supporting Chefs Samir Dhurandhar and John Kleifgen with menu execution. Who You Are: You're reliable and have strong leadership and team management skills. Possesses a deep knowledge of classical and modern cooking techniques and enjoys a challenge. Has excellent time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities. Strong communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively with staff, and love taking care of distinguished guests. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure all dishes meet Nick & Sam's quality, taste, and presentation standards. - Supervise kitchen staff, including line cooks and prep cooks, providing training and mentorship. - Collaborate in menu planning and recipe development. - Monitor kitchen workflow and efficiency to maintain smooth service during busy periods. - Handle any kitchen issues promptly, including staff concerns, food quality, or service delays. - Lead by example, fostering a positive and professional work environment. Apply if you: - Have at least two years of proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment with a passion for high-quality ingredients, plating aesthetics, and culinary innovation. - A culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred; eager to learn. Busser/Server Assistant - This role works closely with servers to ensure the dining room operates smoothly. Who You Are: You have a keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to move easily in a fast-paced environment. You’re a great communicator and actively support those around you. Key Responsibilities: - Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently between courses and for new guests. - Anticipate guest needs by refilling water glasses, removing unnecessary plates, and keeping the table clean and presentable without excessively interrupting guests’ dining experience. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service stations.
